PREDA is a distributed, functional, scope-oriented and high-level programming model for developing inherently-parallelized general smart contracts on distribued multi-VM blockchains systems with Solidity/EVM compatibility and interoperability. Based on the innovative model with functional relay semantics and programmable contract scopes, the PREDA model is devoted to scale out blockchains at a granularity of transaction level even all these are from a single smart contract, which is independent of blockchain parallelization architectures and consensus algorithms.
